The Brief

AssetPool prides itself in digitising company processes across various industries, minimising the use of paper and offering greener solutions. We decided to make the story personal by focusing on agriculture, the biggest sector they are currently operating in, and telling the story of Sadie, who will soon take over the farming business from her dad.

The Process

A lot of research and planning goes into animations for clients that don’t have an existing “illustrated” design. Most B2B companies are afraid of going the animated route fearing it will be too comical and informal. Our approach to counter this stigma is to present them with a sophisticated style, layered with detail, textures and realistically-proportioned characters. Illustrated characters offer clients an opportunity to venture into storytelling that is less linear, explaining complex concepts in a more visual way aiding the viewer’s interpretation and understanding.

The Solution

A 2D-animated process video showcasing the company’s values, unique selling points and processes. Narrated by an American voice over artist, the video caters to an international market for the company to use on all their platforms.
